Abs/Core workout pt.1

 Hey workout buddies! Do you ever randomly just have lower back pain? or you have a bad posture? well my friends that is because you have a weak core, strengthening your core will prevent lower-back pain, can improve your posture, and you'll actually be able to breathe better with a strong core. since a lot of you have requested an abs workout, here's part 1 of our famous core workout, and you could easily do it at home too! comment for part 2 :)
